The land on which the outbuildings stand belongs to LLCs associated with the Prigozhins: “Credo”, “Heritage Preservation Fund” and “Stroy Restoration”. Also, the owners are two individuals and a small share belongs to the city.

Prigozhin was going to expand the hotel and was suing the city over this issue (arbitration case No. A56-77821/2022). From case materials it follows that these individuals as of February 2023 were the children of the Hero of Russia (*aggressor country) Evgenia and Pavel.

Of the almost 170 companies that Chronicles.Media associated with Prigozhin, only four were liquidated over the past six months: Vital Company JSC, Dilon JSC, MTO-Expert LLC and Kudrovo-Line LLC.

From generals to privateers

The same company manages another warehouse complex in St. Petersburg, which was not previously associated with Prigozhin. Price this building – 92 million rubles. The building and site belong to Soinvest LLC. Its last known owner is Prigozhin’s widow Lyubov. As of April 2024, the owners of this legal entity were hidden.

In the same account on Avito it is clear that in one lot sold a dozen used ATVs at once for six million rubles. In the comments, users complained that there were no documents for the equipment and almost all of it was broken.
